「THE FIRST TAKE」は、一発撮りのパフォーマンスを鮮明に切り取るYouTubeチャンネル。

第269回には、女性デュオ・PUFFYが初登場。
今回パフォーマンスするのは、1998にリリースされた「愛のしるし」。
作詞・作曲は「スピッツ」の草野マサムネ（名義・草野正宗）、編曲は奥田民生が手掛け、耳に残るリズムとフレーズとゆるい雰囲気がマッチした代表曲。

Episode 269 welcomes the duo PUFFY.
1 TAKE performance of ‘Ai no Shirushi’ (Sign of Love), one of PUFFT’s signature songs released in 1998.
Written and composed by Masamune Kusano from the band Spitz and arranged by Tamio Okuda, it is a song with ear-catching rhythms and phrases in lyrics with a relaxing atmosphere.
Recent days dance videos featuring the song have been posted on Tik Tok by teenagers, and the song has become a revival hit.
